On exhibition at iMAL - Center for Digital Cultures and Technology (Brussels) May - September 2024
Synocene is a spatial sound installation that explores a de-centered view of our anthropocentric experience of the natural world. Voices of local community members, the sounds of Natura 2000 forest sites, and contributions of artificial intelligence are fed into a generative sound installation as an attempt to deconstruct our current experience of the world and work toward imagining a future beyond the Anthropocene
